What are your standard airport, local and outstation rates?
Tariffs
- Airport: Sedan ₹1,350 • SUV ₹2,800 (tolls & parking actuals).
- Local 8hrs/80km: Sedan ₹2,200 (Extra hr ₹150, km ₹15) • SUV ₹3,500 (Extra hr ₹250, km ₹28).
- Outstation per km: Sedan ₹15/km • SUV ₹28/km with 300 km/day minimum.
How does the outstation 300 km/day rule work?
Billing is on a per-day basis with a minimum of 300 km/day. Example: a 2-day sedan trip doing 260 km/day is billed as 300×2=600 km at ₹15/km + applicable Chauffeurs bata. 24-hour cycle is calculated per railway timing.
Chauffeurs bata (allowance) and shifts?
Day bata: ₹500 • Night bata: ₹600. Applies to all trips. Tolls, state taxes & parking are charged at actuals.
Do you book flights, trains and bus tickets?
Yes—complete ticketing assistance via our team. Railway tickets are billed as per Railway Department fares, plus a ₹50 service charge per ticket. We share confirmations and PNRs on WhatsApp.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations are free up to 4 hours before the scheduled time. After that, the base fare is chargeable.
Airport pickups: waiting & grace period?
We monitor ETAs. There’s usually a 15–20 min grace. Extended waiting may be billed as per the extra hour rate for the chosen vehicle.
Payment options & invoice?
UPI / Card / NetBanking / Cash supported. You’ll receive an e-receipt/invoice on WhatsApp upon completion or advance confirmation.
